Consumer Protection
Our staff has successfully represented individuals in disputes with merchants who have engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices. Chapter 93A of the Massachusetts General Laws allows you to sue for three times the amount of your loss, and may allow you to recover attorney’s fees. Protection is provided for car purchases, certain contracts for products and services, and merchandise purchases, among others.
However, the law contains strict procedures that must be followed in order to fully recover. This office is prepared to take you and your dispute through this process. Please contact me to discuss your possible claim.
